We are passionate about personal development and see it as a central part of life. For us, Bildungsurlaub is a fantastic opportunity, supported by policy, to keep growing throughout life.

Unfortunately, too few people take advantage of this opportunity — according to the DGB, only 1 to 2 percent of employees use Bildungsurlaub.

We want to change that!

Our goal is to increase awareness of Bildungsurlaub in Germany so that as many people as possible know and use their right to it!
