Our Mission
Nils, our founder, wanted to build something that combines his passion for personal development with meaningful impact—something that benefits both himself and others. That vision led to the creation of MBU.
MBU is a platform that helps people make meaningful use of five legally guaranteed days off per year—for personal development, self-care, or simply a break from everyday life.
A core part of our mission is to give visibility to outstanding Bildungsurlaub providers—regardless of their marketing budget. We want to connect high-quality courses with people who are actively looking for exactly that.
