Kashish Yoga ist eine Yoga-Lehrer-Ausbildungs- und Wellnessschule in Süd-Goa, Indien, in der Nähe der Strände von Palolem und Agonda. Die Schule heißt Teilnehmer aus der ganzen Welt willkommen und bietet intensive Yoga-Lehrerausbildungen, Retreats, Workshops und ganzheitliche Wellness-Erfahrungen an.
Kashish Yoga verbindet traditionelle Yoga-Lehren mit einem vielseitigen und praxisorientierten Ansatz für eine zeitgemäße Yoga-Ausbildung. Das Programm umfasst Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga-Anatomie, Yoga-Philosophie, Unterrichtsmethodik und Yoga-Therapie sowie besondere und erlebnisorientierte Yogaformen wie Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga und SUP Yoga.

Julia Maria Heyer, Yoga Teacher
Julia Maria Heyer is a Hatha Yoga teacher with over 16 years of personal yoga practice and more than 6 years of international teaching experience of Hatha, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga styles. She completed her yoga teacher training and initiation at Yoga Vidya in Nashik, India, and has taught across Germany, Portugal, Israel, Thailand and Sri Lanka. For Julia, yoga is much more than a physical practice. She sees it as a journey inward, helping us reconnect with our essence and experience meaningful transformation. Her approach is enriched by her knowledge of Ayurveda, Reiki and Thai Yoga Massage. While working at an Ayurvedic hotel in Sri Lanka, she gained hands-on experience in Ayurvedic consultations and developed a deeper understanding of the connection between yoga, Ayurveda and holistic wellbeing.

Magdalena Unterholzer, 200 Hour YTTC - German - Lead Teacher
RYT – 500 | Unterrichten seit 5 Jahren Im Herzen Österreichs begann Magdalena Unterholzers transformative Reise im Yoga. 2020 startete sie ihre Ausbildung mit einem 200-Stunden-TTC-Multi-Style-Kurs in Goa, Indien. Inspiriert von der Ruhe des Ozeans, vertiefte sie 2021 ihre Praxis mit TTC-Kursen in Inside Flow und Yin & Meditation. Mit über acht Jahren eigener Praxis und sechs Jahren Unterrichtserfahrung versteht Shruti Yoga als Lebensweg und nicht nur als eine Reihe von Körperhaltungen. Ihre Kurse basieren auf Mitgefühl, Achtsamkeit und der Überzeugung, dass Yoga für alle zugänglich sein sollte. Ihre eigene Reise begann mit der Suche nach innerem Frieden und Wohlbefinden und entwickelte sich zu einer Leidenschaft, diese Erkenntnisse weiterzugeben, insbesondere in der lebendigen Yoga-Community von Goa. Coming from a spiritual family, Harsha has studied the Vedas and Upanishads since childhood. He grew up learning Hatha Yoga from his father, a dedicated Hatha Yogi, and later combined this ancient grounding with formal modern computer education. He further deepened his journey by studying Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore and has maintained a dedicated practice for over 8 years. He is also certified by Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. For the past 3+ years, he has been teaching with passion and with a clear intention rooted in the Indian Vedic Purusharthas—bringing together ancient wisdom and modern understanding.

Gabriele Schlitt, Yoga Teacher
Gabriele is a 400-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher (BYV), qualified according to the tradition of Swami Sivananda. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has run her own yoga school in Germany since 2018. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha Yoga and combines precise, mindful guidance with an intuitive and creative approach. She believes that every body is different and adapts her teaching to the individual abilities and needs of her students, while encouraging them to explore and develop their own potential. Over the years, Gabriele has continuously evolved her teaching, integrating inspiration from different yoga styles as well as complementary approaches such as Pilates, Yoga meets Pilates, Dayo Dance Yoga and relaxation techniques. Her teaching also incorporates breath typology, meditation and mantra singing, with attention to the individual needs and responses of each practitioner. For Gabriele, yoga goes beyond the mat. Her heartfelt intention is to inspire students to integrate yoga into their daily lives – to cultivate greater body awareness, mindfulness and inner balance, and to develop a regular personal practice beyond the classroom. She teaches in a wide range of settings, including group classes, one-to-one sessions, online classes, retreats, workshops and events in Germany and Mallorca.
